What's On

Storytelling galore, poetry, dragons, comics and more...

Get creative with our free craft activities in the craft room at the back of the Story Centre and enjoy our free story-telling sessions in the courtyard or in Miss Honey’s classroom if it rains. These activities are available every day throughout the Buckinghamshire school holidays and do not need to be booked.

Alternatively, why not explore the month by month events calendar to find out what fantabulous workshops you can enjoy? We offer everything from whizzpopping, hands-on science workshops to puppet-making, drama and delumptious cookery classes.

  • Places for all workshops and activities listed are limited and must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • Pre-bookings can be taken up to the day before the workshop. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the door on the day on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Under 8s must always be accompanied by an adult in workshops. For author and illustrator workshops and George's Marvellous Experiments, marked with an asterisk *, accompanying adults will be charged.
