Welcome to our great little award-winning and family-friendly Museum. We are Enjoy England's Best Small Visitor Attraction 2008, so do come and see our two fun and fact-packed biographical galleries, the fantabulous interactive Story Centre and enjoy our sunny courtyard.

Opening hours
The Museum is open 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday and usually closed on Mondays. See Opening hours for details of the few Mondays on which we are open. 

Tickets
You can buy tickets when you arrive or book in advance up to the day before you visit:

• by phone for admissions and workshops on 01494 892192, Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 4.30pm (closed Mondays)

• online for admissions only.

We advise pre-booking for workshops (phone only). Please check you are booking for the correct museum as tickets are non-refundable.
